About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience processing fiduciary accounts and deposit accounts, IRAs, account maintenance, and wire transfers.
• Experience with consumer lending and consumer loan servicing.
• Experience in one or more of the following: banking, a call center, or a sales position.
• At least two years of experience at a bank or credit union.

Responsibilities

• Manage, process, and maintain member accounts and related transactions, including savings and checking deposits, Certificates, IRAs, Trusts, account changes, wire transfers, and new memberships.
• Review and research account notifications, determine appropriate action, and process information to disposition inactive or dormant accounts and accounts of deceased members.
• Process mail, research member inquiries, and process levies and subpoenas.
• Process and manage vehicle title transactions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate registration and title transfers for new and used vehicles, including lienholder documents and other required paperwork.
• Prepare and submit required DMV forms and ensure timely processing and adherence to deadlines.
• Confirm required documentation is sent to the DMV within required timelines to secure the Credit Union’s interest in loan collateral.
• Escalate situations to leadership when the Credit Union’s security is in jeopardy.
• Research and resolve DMV questions, issues, and discrepancies.
• Support Member Experience teams with DMV requests and DNA activities.
• Identify members’ financial needs and recommend appropriate Credit Union products and services.
