About The Position
Firefighters Community Credit Union of Cleveland, OH is seeking a Financial Service Representative to join our team. Are you a self-starter with banking experience who is interested in building a rewarding career in the financial industry with an established credit union? Requirements
- Two years or more of similar or related experience.
- Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment.
- Cash handling abilities.
- Fantastic customer service skills.
- Credit, criminal, employment, and education background checks are conducted on potential candidates.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Helping our members in the various branches with higher end financial needs.
- Assisting members with advanced banking needs including opening and closing accounts, helping our members through the loan process, and facilitating fraud complaints.
- Educating members on products and services we offer including share certificates, IRAs, electronic funds transfer and online banking.
- Uncovering needs and cross-selling financial products.
- Being one of the voices of our credit union, ensuring a warm smile and helpful attitude comes through in every phone and digital interaction.
