About The Position

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field of study.
• 3–5 years of related experience managing construction projects or healthcare facilities, ERP, budgets, and teams.
• Above-average communication and computer skills.
• Experience working with CMMS work order software, Microsoft Office applications, and contact management software.
• Ability to pass a full FBI/BCI background check, drug screen, and safety training.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations or points.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial construction experience.
• Ability to read blueprint drawings.
• Licenses or certifications related to business and/or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Facility Managers to identify projects, scope, and completion deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary team members to ensure parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Facilitate change requests and ensure parties are informed of impacts on schedules and budgets.
• Prepare project budgets and estimates.
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain and manage project profitability.
• Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents needed for successful implementation and turnover to clients.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Respond to RFPs for current clients.
• Obtain customers’ acceptance of project deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during the project transition period, including attending weekly site meetings at customer locations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Oversee project teams to ensure project goals, budgets, and objectives are accomplished.
• Arrive at work on time and as scheduled; reliable attendance is essential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
