Also responds to service calls and performs daily maintenance duties around the Tosoh Grove City facility. Facility Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining facilities and facility equipment used to support the Tosoh campus and to ensure manufacturing equipment and processes have the necessary utilities and functional space. This position also provides technical assistance to manufacturing and maintenance personnel to ensure proper operation and maintenance of facility-based equipment. They are responsible for creating design schematics, maintenance schedules, and reports to ensure functional analysis of the facilities related equipment. They drive capital requests for facilities upgrades to ensure customer needs are met. They serve as experts in their respective areas, providing training and mentoring to other members of the department and set a positive example for those working with them through exceptional work performance and communication skills.
