Pogo TechnologiesBrooklyn, NY
Onsite

About The Position

As an Experiential Events Manager at Pogo, you'll own conferences, dinners and IRL events as core growth channels. This role is focused on driving meaningful business impact through events, with a strong emphasis on ROI, pipeline generation, and relationship-building. It is an in-the-trenches role requiring hands-on operational execution and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with limited structure. Travel is expected approximately twice a month, and the role requires flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond standard working hours to achieve business goals.

  • Strong operations and project management skills, capable of managing many events simultaneously with numerous moving parts.

  • Great taste and creative instinct for designing engaging experiences.
  • Ability to honestly evaluate spend and make decisions to cut underperforming events.
  • Operate autonomously without constant direction.
  • Willingness to travel up to 2x a month (primarily within the US).
  • Actively use AI tools in workflows.
