About The Position
The Caregiver Health Nurse (RN) provides clinical caregiver health services to promote the health and well-being of Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers. The Associate Caregiver Health Nurse ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies, and works as an integral team member alongside colleagues in Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being to deliver high-quality occupational and environmental health services. The nurse performs duties in a manner that supports Providence Saint Joseph Health’s mission, values, and philosophy, serving as a role model and promoting integrated services and a culture of health and safety. This is an on-site, 0.8 FTE, day-shift position with Providence Human Resources.
Requirements
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- One year of experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Six months of experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting.
- Six months of experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, or OHM.

- Provide clinical caregiver health services to promote caregivers’ health and well-being.

- Collaborate with Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation, and Well-being to deliver occupational and environmental health services.
