About The Position
Oversees employee health requirements for Deaconess Health System employees, including monitoring and tracking immunizations and related records to meet compliance requirements of the State Board of Health, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies. Ensures annual requirements are met, including flu vaccines, annual TB, and respirator fit testing. Represents the COMP Center and contributes to the Infection Control Committee. Follows up on and responds to environmental exposures involving Deaconess employees. Follows up with new hires to ensure all employment requirements are completed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN).
- Nursing experience.
- Current state-appropriate licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Responsibilities
