About The Position
Energy Employee Services, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its home health team. The nurse will manage home care for terminally ill or elderly patients and provide accessible, comprehensive care to patients and their families. The role is part-time and covers patients in Lebanon, Middletown, and Hamilton, Ohio. The listed pay is $38–$42 per hour, with day shifts Monday through Friday for 8 hours weekly.
Requirements
- Willingness to submit to a background check.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Unencumbered RN license in the state where applying.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes, potentially within a 45-mile radius.
- Active CPR certification.
- Strong communication skills and a committed dedication to providing accessible, comprehensive care.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly assess patients in their homes to ensure quality patient care.
- Provide medication education and manage medications.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to support their quality of life.
- Document patient status and condition accurately and on time.
