About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Oklahoma City metro, with growing demand in Newcastle, Blanchard, Tuttle, and Moore. The team works to schedule visits near where nurses live, though staffing and patient needs may sometimes require visits in other areas. Experienced home health nurses and RNs from hospital, clinic, or long-term care settings are welcome. The role offers time to get to know patients, flexibility to plan the day, and team support for each case. Compensation is per visit or salaried, at the nurse’s choice. Full-time nurses are paid $40 per visit and part-time nurses $35 per visit, with additional rates of $100 for Start of Care, $75 for Resumption of Care, and $60 for recertification. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.64 per mile, or full-time nurses may use a company car. Pay is weekly on Fridays. Full-time schedules include weekdays and two weekends per month, with a weekday off after each weekend worked. Part-time schedules include flexible weekday visits and one weekend per month. Visits are daytime only; there are no 12-hour shifts. Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is locally owned and operated, Veteran- and nurse-owned, and has served the OKC metro since 1999. Its care is guided by HomeLife Enrichment, a philosophy focused on physical health, emotional well-being, and meaningful life at home. The organization also participates in Meals on Wheels and monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffee events.
