About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 10–15 years of related management experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant Purchase Order Management experience.
• Purchase Order Management experience focused on retail, fashion, consumer, or automotive inbound supply chains.
• Relevant ERP knowledge.
• Experience with Infor Nexus’ order management platform.
• Strong knowledge of origin processes in Asia.
• Proven track record with customers that have their own carrier contracts.
• Relevant experience setting up freight management for large-scale companies.
• Ability to transfer data-driven processes into value-adding solutions.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• High business acumen and exceptional financial planning, critical thinking, communication, delegation, diversity management, leadership, decision-making, and influencing skills.
• Results orientation and ability to attract, develop, and motivate others and lead innovation and change.
• Strong team-building, customer-focus, negotiation, organizational agility, planning, presentation, and strategic agility competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program managers assigned to customers, projects, and initiatives; hire and induct team members, balance workloads, and ensure adherence to customer SOW service standards and SLAs.
• Support the development of proposals and presentations that communicate DSV’s capabilities, value propositions, and approach to customer supply chain challenges, using supply chain modeling tools as needed.
• Identify data needs and lead technical analysis for solution development; address ambiguous situations and scoping gaps through effective assumptions, and manage proof-of-concept demonstrations using customer data.
• Manage teams setting up systems for customer integration projects, including EDI, API, and other methods for B2B integration.
• Lead operational design and optimization for new business, including process design that meets customer needs while reducing complexity and cost to serve and improving differentiation and quality.
• Lead communication and collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, and interface directly with customers throughout solution design initiatives.
• Keep current on supply chain industry trends, innovations, technology, DSV’s customer base, and operating capabilities; represent regional needs in global and local product development.
• Provide leadership and structure for implementation methodologies; review external client demands, develop project plans, and ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Ensure the global implementation structure is fit for purpose to meet the American region’s timely implementation needs.
• Attract, develop, motivate, and lead team members; set goals, assign work, build trust, encourage collaboration, and measure results.
• Plan and manage resources, schedules, processes, and controls; anticipate barriers and adjust plans while measuring outcomes.
• Negotiate skillfully with internal and external groups while maintaining trust and long-term relationships.
