About The Position
This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation. This position offers the opportunity to build significant income as an associate in a high-demand Southern California market, supported by strong patient volume and operational systems. We encourage applicants who are confident in their clinical abilities and interested in a production-based model to apply.
Requirements
- Comfortable performing molar root canal therapy
- Comfortable performing surgical and non-surgical extractions
- Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting
- Clinical independence
- Ability to manage a productive schedule
- Confident in clinical abilities
