About The Position

Northland Health Centers is hiring an onsite Dentist to expand access to quality oral healthcare as part of a mission-driven organization. The Dentist provides comprehensive dental care, including examinations, consultations, and clinical procedures, while supporting patient-centered treatment and sound clinical decision-making. The role serves a diverse patient population and works alongside a collaborative dental team to provide meaningful care in the communities served. The schedule is Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The Dentist helps maintain an efficient schedule, documents patient care accurately, and coordinates follow-up treatment. An accepted offer is contingent on a drug screen and pre-employment background screening.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree.
Licensed to practice in the State of North Dakota.
DEA registration.
Strong clinical judgment.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose oral conditions and develop treatment plans.
Restore and preserve teeth and gums.
Provide preventive services and educate patients about oral health and treatment.
Fit dental appliances when needed.
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations, patient consultations, and clinical procedures.
Ensure patients feel informed and comfortable with their treatment.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Help maintain an efficient patient schedule and coordinate follow-up treatment.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide care to a diverse patient population.
