About The Position
Lakeshore Family Dentistry is seeking a growth-oriented General Dentist to join its dentist-owned, dentist-led multi-location private practice in the greater Milwaukee area. The practice offers clinical autonomy, a steady stream of patients, and support in areas such as marketing, human resources, insurance, and purchasing. The Clinical Director manages the clinical team and offers career-planning meetings. The role includes opportunities for continuing education and career advancement, including Spear courses, BioHorizons implant courses, Invisalign certification, and training in clinical skills, communication, and leadership. Career paths include Associate and Lead Doctor roles with escalating growth tiers, as well as a partnership buy-in program with a one-year partnership goal. Dentists work the third and fourth Saturdays of the month. Scheduling is customizable, with options to combine full days, half days, or longer days. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary and bonuses based on collections. The practice describes top-quartile earnings potential of $200,000–$300,000 or more for associates and $300,000 or more for owners. Benefits include health insurance, FSA/HSA, dental coverage, and a 401(k) with a 3% employer match. The offices are modern, with full renovations and building expansions.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license.
- Alignment with the practice’s mission, vision, and core values.

Responsibilities
- Help patients achieve their best oral health while building trusting relationships.
