About The Position
Lakeshore Family Dentistry is a dentist-owned, dentist-led, multi-location private practice serving the greater Milwaukee area. The practice is seeking a growth-oriented General Dentist aligned with its mission, vision, and core values, with opportunities to develop clinically and professionally and pursue a path to partnership. The position offers clinical autonomy, a steady stream of patients, and support with marketing, HR, insurance, purchasing, and other practice operations. A Clinical Director provides clinical team management and career-planning support. The dentist will help patients achieve their best oral health and build trusting relationships, while working collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office team members to create a positive patient experience. The practice offers training in clinical skills, communication, and leadership, continuing education opportunities, and career paths for Associate and Lead Doctors. The partnership buy-in program has a stated goal of one year. Scheduling is customizable, with options to combine full days, half days, or longer days. The posting states that the role includes working the third and fourth Saturdays of the month. The practice offers a guaranteed base salary with bonuses based on collections, along with benefits and mentorship. Offices have undergone full renovations and building expansions.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license.
