About The Position

Lakeshore Family Dentistry is seeking a growth-oriented General Dentist to join its dentist-owned, dentist-led multi-location private practice in the greater Milwaukee area. The role offers clinical autonomy, a steady patient stream, and support from teams handling marketing, HR, insurance, purchasing, and other practice needs. The Clinical Director manages the clinical team and supports an efficient, collaborative environment. The position offers professional development through continuing education, implant courses, Invisalign certification, and training in clinical skills, communication, and leadership. Career planning, Associate and Lead Doctor pathways, and a buy-in route toward partnership—with a one-year partnership goal—are available. This is a full-time role with a schedule of approximately 3–3.5 days in the office each week. Scheduling can be customized with full days, half days, or longer days. The dentist will help patients achieve optimal oral health, build trusting relationships, collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and front-office staff, and take initiative to address the practice’s daily needs.

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license.
DEA certificate.
Alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
Positive attitude and welcoming demeanor.
