About The Position
Blue Jay Dental's client is seeking an Associate Dentist for an updated, seven-operatory digital practice in Merrill, Wisconsin. The practice serves more than 2,500 active patients and is supported by three full-time hygienists. The role offers clinical autonomy alongside practice management support, continuing education, and on-site and remote mentoring. Competitive base salary is offered, with expected total compensation of $200,000–$300,000+, dependent on performance and agreement terms. Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree.
