About The Position

Progressive Community Health Centers is hiring a full-time Dentist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Dentist provides and ensures preventative and restorative dental care consistent with accepted professional standards. The organization is an independent nonprofit founded in 1999 that operates four clinic locations and provides culturally competent, comprehensive care to approximately 16,000 patients annually, many of whom are low-income. Services include family medicine, internal medicine, women's health, urgent care, dental, radiology, integrated behavioral health, case management, health education, and benefits enrollment. Employees, employed providers, and volunteers are required to be vaccinated and must submit proof of vaccination before orientation.

Requirements

• DDS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin.
• DEA registration.
• Must submit proof of vaccination before orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative dental care consistent with accepted professional standards.
• Provide restorative dental care consistent with accepted professional standards.
• Ensure the provision of preventative and restorative dental care consistent with accepted professional standards.
