About The Position

Dr. Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist for its established practice in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. The dentist will provide quality, comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a steady flow of new patients and clinical autonomy. The practice offers support from skilled office staff, while Dr. Dental handles operational and administrative aspects. The role is part of a collaborative network focused on affordable, convenient, comfortable dentistry and building lasting patient relationships. Daily procedures may include fillings, crown and bridge work, core build-ups, extractions, dentures, root canals, oral surgery, and comprehensive treatment planning.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience is required.
Able to provide quality dental care.
Flexible, dynamic, and personable.

Responsibilities

Provide dental services for patients of all ages.
Perform dental exams and provide general and emergency dental care.
Perform regular cleanings, scaling, and prophylaxis.
Perform scaling and root planing (deep cleaning).
Advise patients on preventative dental care and the causes and treatment of dental problems.
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries using dental instruments.
Diagnose from x-rays.
Conduct oral cancer screenings.
Perform amalgam and composite restorations.
Place fillings and perform pit and fissure sealants.
Perform socket preservation, extractions, and minor oral surgeries.
Perform root canals, including on anterior teeth, premolars, and molars.
Prepare and deliver crowns, bridges, and veneers.
Construct full and partial dentures.
Provide comprehensive treatment plans and quality patient care.
