Howell, Michigan Associate Dentist opportunity
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and a range of dental procedures. This is a fee-for-service (FFS) and PPO opportunity. The practice is open Monday through Thursday and averages more than 40 new patients per month. Compensation is 35% of collections, with a competitive daily guarantee based on experience. The office is an all-digital practice with digital charting, X-rays, and intraoral cameras, as well as panoramic and cephalometric imaging capabilities, CBCT, an iTero scanner, and a laser. Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active dental license in Michigan.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental treatments.
- Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Stay current with dental practices and technologies.
- Build strong relationships with patients to foster trust and encourage regular visits.
