About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based elementary assignment in Michigan. The position covers the remainder of the current academic year, with the potential to extend into the 2026–2027 school year. This therapy-centered role focuses entirely on direct intervention and does not include evaluation or assessment duties. The Speech-Language Pathologist will support students’ communication skills, classroom participation, and peer interactions.

Requirements

• Active Michigan State License to practice Speech-Language Pathology, required prior to the start date.
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with and advocate for elementary-age students.

Nice To Haves

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Design and implement IEP goals and targeted intervention strategies tailored to each child's communication needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, school leadership, and families to reinforce communication milestones across settings.
• Maintain data logs, progress reports, and therapy notes.
• Contribute insights during collaborative IEP team discussions.
