About The Position
Senior Helpers is hiring caregivers to support seniors in their homes in North Orange County and nearby listed client locations. Caregivers provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, and assistance with everyday activities. The role requires following care plans, documenting care, and reporting changes in a client’s condition. Pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour. Paid training, flexible scheduling, support from the office team, and bonuses are offered. Prior paid caregiving experience is not mandatory for every position; training may be completed.
Requirements
- HCA, HHA, or PCA qualification.
- Two years of experience working with seniors.
- Compassion, patience, dependability, and good communication.
- Ability to safely assist with personal care, meals, companionship, and daily activities.
- Ability to follow a care plan, document care, and report changes in a client’s condition.
- Reliable transportation to assigned shifts.
- A valid driver’s license and appropriate auto insurance if driving is part of the job.
- Relevant experience or willingness to complete training; prior paid caregiving experience is not mandatory for every position.
