About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to aging adults in Nine Mile Falls and surrounding areas. The role involves supporting clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with daytime and weekend coverage especially preferred; short and split shifts are also of interest.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• CNA or HCA certification, or ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• CPR certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must drive clients and have a vehicle, car insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Alzheimer's or dementia experience.
• Openness to daytime shifts, short shifts, and/or split shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shop.
• Provide companionship and social and emotional support through games, puzzles, or other activities.
