About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Nashville and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers pay of $16–$18 per hour and schedules across days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, with full-time and part-time options available.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients one-to-one in their homes.
• Help clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support as needed.
