About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school community in Michigan. This full-time role is for the remainder of the current academic year, with the potential to extend into the 2026–2027 school year. The assignment focuses on direct therapy and does not include evaluation or assessment duties. The position supports students in developing communication skills, participating in the classroom, and interacting with peers.

Requirements

• An active Michigan State License to practice Speech-Language Pathology is required prior to the start date.
• A master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect with and advocate for elementary-age students.

Nice To Haves

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students.
• Design and implement meaningful IEP goals and targeted intervention strategies tailored to each child's communication needs.
• Partner with classroom teachers, school leadership, and families to reinforce communication milestones across settings.
• Maintain data logs, progress reports, and therapy notes.
• Contribute insights during collaborative IEP team discussions.
