About The Position
Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position involves daily interaction with customers and collaboration with an energetic team to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Shift availability is flexible and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Requirements
- Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
- Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
- Ability to sell products, provide customer care, communicate in a friendly manner, work at a quick pace, collaborate with a team, solve problems, and think quickly to offer suggestions.

Responsibilities
