About The Position

Circle K is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers throughout the store, maintaining store appearance, and working with an energetic team. Requirements

Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
Good communication skills and a friendly manner in customer conversations.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to develop ideas for solving problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, and process customer transactions.
Make purchase suggestions and, at times, work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
