About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves helping customers, working across different areas of the store, and maintaining high standards for store appearance. Team members interact with customers throughout the day and work together to accomplish daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and process purchases.
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
• Work in various areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
