About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide customers with fast, friendly service. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. You will work in different areas inside and outside the store to help maintain store appearance standards and complete daily tasks with an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
