About The Position

Circle K is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and support daily operations. Team members receive paid comprehensive training and may work in the store’s food program. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and evening availability on weekdays, along with weekend availability.

Requirements

Ability to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Availability for evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain its appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly service while completing daily tasks with the team.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Communicate with customers and offer suggestions or ideas to solve problems.
