About The Position

The Team Member role at Whistle Express is a hands-on, fast-moving position working across the lot, wash tunnel, and vacuum station. Team Members guide guests through the wash experience, help keep the site operating efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The work is physical and active, with visible results each shift. The role includes a 60-day structured certification program.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service and support sales and membership growth.
Assist with member sign-ups, account changes, cancellations, plan changes, and account management.
Follow company policies regarding pricing and discounts.
Follow safety procedures and keep the wash area clean and organized.
Help prepare vehicles, including identifying preexisting conditions.
Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate operational issues to team members and management.
Engage customers professionally and encourage Google reviews.
Stock and organize detail centers, maintaining accessibility and inventory accuracy.
Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
Check vacuum stations for clogs and empty canisters.
Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks.
Maintain professional conduct and comply with uniform standards.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations.
