About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing fast and friendly customer service while helping maintain store appearance and standards. The role involves serving customers at the register, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Team members work in various areas around and inside the store and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers evening and overnight shift availability and is part-time.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive environment.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
