About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves greeting and assisting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes helping with the food program. Representatives work in multiple areas inside and outside the store to maintain its appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers task variety and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Good communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
