About The Position
Walmart is hiring Custodians for its Home Office Campus in Bentonville, Arkansas. The team helps maintain clean and safe facilities and provides welcoming, sanitary spaces for Walmart associates across offices, conference rooms, restrooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots, and other campus areas. The role is onsite, and schedules may change based on business needs.
Requirements
- Commercial custodial or janitorial experience, or experience in a related field.
- Ability to work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A valid state-issued driver's license.
- Availability to work one of the listed schedules: Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday, either 12:30 p.m.–9 p.m. or 6 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

- Provide welcoming and sanitary spaces in offices, conference rooms, restrooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots, and other areas.
