About The Position
Pritchard Industries is hiring a Custodian to perform building maintenance and cleaning tasks. The role helps ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous tasks. The ideal candidate has a professional attitude and appearance and is self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible. This is a part-time role for 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The listed salary is $17.74 per hour. Pritchard Industries offers an opportunity for growth.
Requirements
- Able to follow instructions from a supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Nice To Haves
- Prior cleaning or janitor experience; training will be provided.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Vacuum, mop, and sweep floors.

- Set up for events.
- Use the auto scrubber machine.
