Responsibilities

• Performs custodial duties to include cleaning and sanitizing facilities and fixtures as per checklist provided by department manager; replenishing supplies in restrooms, examining rooms, break rooms; and identifying and reporting building maintenance and repairs needed in assigned buildings and facilities.
• Safeguards Center’s property, including, but not limited to, equipment, office supplies, tools, etc., performing daily inspection of the building for safety, cleanliness, hazards, etc., to include floors and furnishings.
• Responds to Center’s emergency response systems.
• Performs maintenance duties as needed or requested.
• Provides excellent internal/external customer service.
• Prepares rooms for conferences and meetings ensuring meeting room is clean and appropriately set up; cleaning after.
• Performs grounds keeping duties.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
