About The Position

Beacon Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person to join its custodial team. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. The custodian prepares assigned spaces for the next day, cleans floors and restrooms, replenishes supplies, and follows training and applicable workplace and customer-site policies. The role requires professional communication with building tenants and custodial leadership, accountability for assigned access media, the ability to pass any required background and drug screens, and personal transportation to and from work. Responsibilities

Follow training assigned by the Custodial Account Manager, Custodial Lead, or designated trainer; training may be written, oral, computer-based, or on the job.
Follow Beacon Group policies and procedures, including safety, security, and customer-site policies.
Prepare assigned spaces for the next day by removing trash and recycling, organizing furniture, and dusting surfaces.
Sweep and mop hard-surface floors and vacuum carpeted areas.
Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, urinals, and other restroom or shower fixtures.
Stock consumable supplies in break areas, restrooms, and other assigned areas.
Maintain accountability for assigned facility keys, badges, and other access media, and immediately report stolen or misplaced access media to leadership.
Communicate professionally with building tenants and custodial leadership.
