About The Position
Wismettac is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Inventory Controller to help maintain accurate warehouse inventory and support efficient operations. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring our high-quality food products are properly tracked, stored, and available to meet customer demand.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of inventory control, warehouse inventory, or related experience required.
- Strong ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable using warehouse systems, spreadsheets, or inventory tracking software.
- Ability to work closely with warehouse staff and operations teams.
- Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and work within a warehouse environment as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.
- Conduct regular physical counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain system accuracy.
- Work closely with warehouse staff to verify product locations, quantities, and proper storage.
- Maintain inventory records in warehouse management systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with verifying inbound and outbound shipments to ensure product accuracy and documentation.
