About The Position

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing project budgets and cost control.
• Strong ability to manage relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
• Must undergo substance abuse testing and background screening as a condition of employment.
• Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical facilities and related projects.
• Supervise mechanical and electrical trade contractors and vendors involved in the project.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation for mechanical and electrical systems from pre-construction through project close-out.
