In Person Hiring Event - Front Desk Security Concierge

About The Position
Planned Companies is hiring motivated, courteous, and knowledgeable Front Desk Associates and Doormen through an in-person hiring event. The role helps create a welcoming experience for tenants, guests, and vendors while supporting a property's presentation and safety. Associates provide services tailored to tenants’ personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations, and help visitors access local businesses, attractions, dining, and transportation. The posting also lists Concierge/Front Desk and Security openings and multiple schedules, including full-time and part-time, overnight, first and second shifts, and floater on-call work for holidays and weekends.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service experience.
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming greeting to everyone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
- Polite, friendly, and self-assured demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and provide individualized experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations.
- Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
- Plan and organize on-site events.
- Provide directions and referrals, and help people access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions, and car services.
- Document, secure, and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
- Answer telephones and monitor the lobby.
- Maintain and control keys and access cards.
