About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Tampa, Florida. The role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The officer welcomes and assists visitors, manages access, conducts patrols, responds to incidents, and helps protect people and property. Two schedules are offered: full-time Monday through Friday, 12:01 a.m. to 8:01 a.m. (40 hours per week), or part-time Saturday and Sunday, 12:01 a.m. to 8:01 a.m. (16 hours per week). The hourly wage is $17.00. A uniform is provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available. Employment is contingent on completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a Florida Class D Security License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
