About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Portland, Oregon. This customer-service-focused security role involves engaging with people across shifts and helping create a reassuring, welcoming environment. The position is listed as full-time, with a Friday-through-Sunday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. (swing shift), 40 hours, at $20.50 per hour. DailyPay is available to GardaWorld employees.

The officer will welcome and guide visitors, verify identities, manage access control, conduct patrols, inspect security equipment, respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams. The role also involves answering questions in person or by phone, documenting incidents, communicating security concerns, and protecting people and property. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Be at least 21 years old.
