About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a site in Riverview, Florida. This customer-service-focused security role involves engaging with people, building connections, and helping visitors feel reassured and confident in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., at an hourly rate of $16.80. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a Florida Class D Security License.
• Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
