About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security role in Thornton, Colorado. The officer works with people in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, building connections and helping visitors feel welcome and secure. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a schedule of Tuesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday through Monday from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The hourly wage is $20.60. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state security license if required.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
