About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for a customer-service-focused security role in Lexington, Kentucky. The position involves welcoming and assisting visitors, managing access, conducting patrols, monitoring security equipment, responding to incidents, and helping protect people and property. Officers may work in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Two schedules are listed: a full-time Monday–Friday overnight shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and a part-time Saturday–Sunday evening-to-overnight shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The listed wage is $17 per hour. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and the employer describes opportunities for career growth. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Have basic phone and computer skills.
• Have a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identities, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
