About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Lexington, Kentucky. This customer-service-focused security role involves building meaningful connections and helping visitors feel welcome and confident in settings such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The posting offers two schedule options: full-time Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., or part-time Saturday through Sunday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. The hourly wage is $17. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Successfully complete the screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
• Have exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify their identity, and guide them.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
