About The Position
Avalon Care Center Yakima is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time position, with day and evening shifts available. The facility is a 101-bed skilled nursing facility in Yakima, Washington. Pay is $21.78–$26.55 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Evening and night shifts receive a $1.25-per-hour differential. The role involves helping residents with daily activities and personal care while providing compassionate support.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily activities.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support personal care and hygiene.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Keep resident rooms clean and organized.
- Provide compassionate care every day.
