About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a full-time Home Care Aide to provide around-the-clock support to one client in Tuttle, Oklahoma. The role offers a consistent client and the opportunity to become familiar with the client’s routine, preferences, and family. Caregivers from Tuttle, Mustang, Blanchard, Newcastle, Minco, Yukon, and southwest Oklahoma City are encouraged to apply.

Pay is $17 per hour on weekdays and $18 per hour nights and weekends, with weekly pay every Friday. Full-time benefits include health and dental coverage, paid holidays, paid time off accruing from day one, a 401(k) with up to a 4% match, and $25,000 in company-paid life insurance. Caregivers can also earn Ruby Red Sneakers after completing 12 in-service hours. A local office team is available to support employees.

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Current CPR certification, or willingness to obtain it.
• Reliable transportation to Tuttle.
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Help the client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, and help prevent falls.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and help the client remain engaged and comfortable.
• Monitor changes in the client’s condition and report them to the office.
• Accurately document care at each shift.
