About The Position

Trinity Life at Home is hiring a Direct Support Provider (DSP) as the first step in a career development pathway to Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) work. The role begins with a six-month assignment at a community partner’s residential program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs provide personal care, support daily routines, and help individuals participate in their communities. Trinity Life at Home provides PCA training or pays for attendance at CNA school. Participation in the training sponsorship requires a signed two-year work commitment; the agreement will specify when the commitment begins and the applicable employment and sponsorship terms, which will be available for review before acceptance. After completing the initial DSP assignment and applicable training and credential requirements, employees may transition to PCA or CNA work in Trinity’s PRN staffing pool or with private home care clients. Employees remain with Trinity throughout the pathway. CNA placement requires successful completion of required training and certification requirements, while PCA placement requires applicable training and competency requirements. DSP pay is $14–$16. The initial assignment lasts six months, with schedules varying by location and including all shifts and days of the week. Full-time and part-time hours are available. PCA/CNA compensation and scheduling will be discussed before transition. Locations include Mableton, Roswell, Austell, Jonesboro, Marietta, and Rome, among other metro Atlanta locations.
