About The Position

Provide one-on-one support to adults with disabilities in their homes and community, helping them live safely and independently. The role supports elderly individuals, people with physical disabilities, veterans, and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The position is based in Clearfield, Pennsylvania, with flexible part-time hours and possible opportunities for full-time hours. Day and evening hours are available. Pay is $18.00 per hour when working as a DSP supporting individuals with IDD, and $13.50 per hour when working as a PCA caregiver supporting elderly individuals, people with physical disabilities, and veterans. The employer offers a variety of shifts and locations, paid initial and ongoing classroom and online training, coaching and mentoring, 24/7 support from supervisors, schedulers, and trainers, and schedules coordinated around employee and client needs. Employees may also participate in anniversary celebrations, annual staff picnics, recognition and rewards, and provide input for improvement and growth.

Requirements
