About The Position

Provide one-on-one support to adults with disabilities in their homes and community, helping them live safely and independently. The role serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as elderly people, individuals with physical disabilities, and veterans. Work is available in the Philipsburg and Morrisdale areas, with flexible part-time hours and possible opportunities for full-time hours. Day and evening hours are available. Pay is $18.00 per hour when working as a Direct Support Professional supporting individuals with IDD, and $13.50 per hour when working as a Personal Care Assistant caregiver. The employer provides a variety of shifts and locations, paid initial and ongoing classroom and online training, coaching and mentoring, and 24/7 support from supervisors, schedulers, and trainers. Schedules are arranged to match the worker’s needs with the client’s needs. Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and housekeeping.
Support clients with community outings and appointments.
